Found Food - French Chocolate Mousse with Dark Chocolate Curls and Raspberry Garnish

This was another food shoot that I did and I could have just sat and stared at this beautiful food. It tasted good too, but I only allowed myself a few bites so as not to inflict to much pain on my figure. This chocolate mousse is a recipe that my sister got from a woman that hosted her in France. The recipe is written all in french and we included it in the pictures for some fun interest. I feel tempted to print these and put them up in my kitchen, but if I do I might end up eating chocolate a little too often.

I fell in love with her cupcake pops last year and when I saw these I had to try them and they have been a huge hit! I would eat all of them myself if I could, but since that is impossible - I shared with the boys I am caring for this weekend.
